[Spce-user] redo bungled install

My install has failed.  It failed with the install of 2.8 and had limited
usability; not much past login.  the server has sat idle for sevferal
months when I tried to upgrade to 3.0 the other day it completed the in
stall but refused to acept a standard test login I always use.  it also
failed to log me in using administrator / administrator.

I wish to dump the install to install fresh but keep the wheezy install it
upgraded to.  Is there a way to do this?  Or should I just wipe the box and
start over?
