[Spce-user] 3.0 installation issues

Just install wheezy 7.1 this is what comes up when the ngcp install
termintates

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 ngcp-ngcp-ce : Depends: ngcp-config-ce but it is not going to be installed
                Depends: ngcp-nth-ce but it is not going to be installed
                Depends: ngcp-services-ce but it is not going to be
installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

Please advise
