[Spce-user] inbound caller ID name

I do get the caller id name from the peer. This only affects calls to did numbers assigned to a subscriber.

I just noticed that this is a call from peer. Are you sure the peer
sends the display-name? Could you post output of 'ngrep-sip b'?
I have tested it with calls betwene two subscribers and it worked and
from peer to subscriber and it worked, if the peer really sends that
information.
