[Spce-user] Adding Accounts and Subscriber through script or csv?

Hi Andreas!

Thanks for samples, but may I ask you to create a sample soap call with 
the "set_billing_profile_fees" /or with the 
"create_subscriber_cf_destination_set"/  function (it would be great if 
that's in php). Just because my script always fail with the multiple 
array section.
