Theo,

Just to keep the list in the loop after seeing some external traces and
gathering some more details: the issue here was related to MTU
fragmentation between the SPCE and this specific carrier/peer for larger
messages with SDP, with packets routed over an dedicated network path and
not being correctly reassembled on their way back in somehow. An additional
hop via a local B2BUA forking the call (thus removing the headers causing
the payload to exceed the carriers MTU and causing the packets to fragment)
did provide a "PoC" work-around, while resolving the underlying network
issue with defragmentation should be the long-term resolution to this case,
