[Spce-user] How to bill austrian premium rate numbers

Hi Florian!

Just add the 0800 for example with no billing fee
For example in csv
0800,0800,0800,0,60,0,60,0,60,0,60,no

What's the problem? Why don't you add those numbers to your billing profile?
