[Spce-user] FYI: Package update(s) in release 3.0

Dear spce-users,

This update contains a number of bugfixes and new features:
- fixes the authenticate_bye=yes mode with BYE coming from the B leg
- new cli selector peer_auth_user for peers
- new preferences ua_header_mode/replace
- support for outgoing History-Info header
- Fixes default value of inbound_uprn domain preference.

Likewise, the update to 2.8 also released yesterday contains same
bugfixes except for authenticate_bye mode, plus fixed e164_to_ruri
option in case of parallel forking. Another update for 2.8 will be
released at the later time.
