[Spce-user] cannot view terminated subscribers in www admin panel

Daniel & Gavin,

I think it's better if there's an option to toggle terminated entries, 
rather than showing them all the time.  I really don't want to drill 
down through many terminated entries when I'm trying to find the one I'm 
looking for.

What do you guys think?
