Yes, I rewrite. But ENUM check works before.
The solution was to modify proxy.cfg.customtt.tt2.

#!ifdef USE_ENUM
########################################################################
# Request route 'lookup-enum'
########################################################################
route[ROUTE_LOOKUP_ENUM]
{
        [% debug_dump('start', 'ROUTE_LOOKUP_ENUM') %]
        if(uri =~ "^sip:[1-9][0-9]+@" || uri=~"sip:00[1-9][0-9]+@")
        {
                $var(tmpuri) = $ru;
                if(uri=~"sip:00[1-9][0-9]+@")
                {
                  strip(2);
                }
                prefix("+»);
