[Spce-user] Rate-o-Mat missing Billing

Hi!

Usually if some number is called where no billing fee exists, I simply make one fee entry with the number and restart Rate-o-Mat.
This works fine.
Today I have a number starting with 00043, I made an fee entry for ^00043.+$ and restarted Rate-o-Mat, but no success.
Any other ways to fix this?
