[Spce-user] Sound instead of ringing

Hi,
NGCP doesn't support such a feature AFAIK.
What you can do is to change the ringing on your phone (caller) or you
can send the ring tone in early media (183) from callee side.

Maybe some other guys here have played a little bit more with it.
