Hi Gerry,
basically yes, you should create a RR for your domain and add a regular expression in Inbound RR for Callee that basically add the CC+AC to your dialed number.

So if you have 44 1 12345, you can call "12345" and the RR will add "441" in front.
To do that you can use the special viariables ${caller_cc} and ${caller_ac}.

Here you are an example:


Matching rule: ^([1-9][0-9]+)$
Sustitution:   ${caller_cc}${caller_ac}\1		
Desription:    prefix CALLER_CC/CALLER_AC for internal direct calls (SN)
