[Spce-user] I: VoiceMail Announcment language and customize

Dear All,

is possible to customize the voicemail announcement message, per user ? e.g.
i want the voicemail greeting of subscr 1 is different from subscr 2

 

Another question: 

 

1)      why is not possible to add files to soundsets when contract id is
configured ?

2)      why the other soundgroups are not enabled ?  (pbx,calling_cards,
etc. )
