is possible to play a message ("number non exixtent") when the subscriber
call a non existent number ?

No, this is not possible. Can't say nothing regarding next releases.
Greetings and announcements need to be registered via voicebox.

We already support italian language. You just need to change "lang" to "it"
in /etc/ngcp-config/config.yml:


general:
  adminmail: adjust at example.org
  companyname: sipwise
  lang: it



and then apply the changes with "ngcpcfg apply".

Also we support italian translations for the web interface.
