The change seems to have fixed the issue.

I have checked the 200 OK from the Fritz!Box 7390, it has the following Record-Route Headers:

        Record-Route: <sip:A.B.177.34;r2=on;lr=on;ftag=05A6BF78-535E4B370001E123-E2328700;ngcplb=yes;socket=sip:A.B.177.34:5060>
        Record-Route: <sip:127.0.0.1;r2=on;lr=on;ftag=05A6BF78-535E4B370001E123-E2328700;ngcplb=yes;socket=sip:A.B.177.34:5060>

The 200 OK from the Fritz!Box 7170 has:

        Record-Route: <sip:A.B.177.34;r2=on;lr=on;ftag=1D7D9B7F-535E4C28000327C7-E2328700;ngcplb=yes;socket=sip:A.B.177.34:5060>
        Record-Route: <sip:C.D.161.71:2049;r2=on;lr=on;ftag=1D7D9B7F-535E4C28000327C7-E2328700;ngcplb=yes;socket=sip:C.D.177.34:5060>

So it sure looks like that issue you’ve seen on the AudioCodes devices.

I will make some more test calls and report back in case this is not a permanent/complete fix.

Regards,

Marc
