[Spce-user] Self-Admin portal destination set

In the customer Self-Administration portal whenever a destination is added (for forwarding, call barring, etc) it always adds the country code and the area code that is local to them.

For example if a users DID is 1-555-123-4567 and they enter in 1-666-123-1234 when they click apply it enters it in as 155516661231234

If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.. Thanks
