Good morning Jeremie, are you asking about the following conditiona?
1. User reaches maximum parallel channels
2. When the user reaches the max channels can you trigger a
notification.

3. This trigger should be able to notify Client and Sysadmin via email
"Dear Subscriber, you have reached your max channels please consider
upgrading to avoid a busy signal"???

Is number 3 your question?

I do not know if there is a way to do this but if number 3 is your
question I wanted to rephrase it for the list.

Kevin

Hi Jeremie,
the client will Receive a 403 message with reason "Maximum parallel
calls exceeded". Also you can check the kamailio-proxy.log file.
