Fax it's a protocol from the jurasic, that have a lot of headhache
when you put it on the IP world.

Thats normal, both have to suport the same protocol, T.30 or T.38, you
could not send a fax from a T.30 only subscriber to a T.38 only
subscriber.

That's because your gateways or your provider's gateways support T.30

PTSN = T.30, so ... no sense trying to send T.38 if your gateways
doesn't support it.

NO, for that you need a T38Gateway, that it's able to do the
translation between T.30 world and T.38 world
