Well, it's perfectly possible if you can invest some time. The only
changes to be done in the kamailio config is changing the calls from
rtpproxy_offer/answer to rtpengine_offer/answer and replace the
one-character flags with the new long version counterparts.

Other than that, the kamailio config didn't change significantly.
