Hi Daniel,
i've already configured in this way, but not work.
I've asked to my service provider, that aswer me 

The error is : SIP 404 NOT FOUND

Hi Alessandro,
you should see among the sounds list the following file to upload:

callee_offline
callee_busy			
callee_unknown			
callee_tmp_unavailable


So you can upload a sound file in case of "callee_unkonow" for example.
