[Spce-user] Web Password requirements

Good afternoon,

it seems that the customer can change his web password to an all numeric password. However this makes it impossible for an admin to change any of the settings in Master Data, because the NGCP complains that the web password “must contain lower-case characters”.

Also, although it say characterS (plural), 1 single lower-case character (singular) is actually required. :-D
