[Spce-user] Billing Profile Web Error

Afternoon all,

We have just uploaded a large 9500 line CSV file with "purge" ticked.

The file uploaded, however that profile once selected via the admin interface gets the web error "(en) Please come back later"

The OSS.log reports:

Aug 22 16:16:07 sipwise /usr/sbin/apache2: Caught exception in admin::Controller::billing->search_fees "Can't escape \x{FEFF}, try uri_escape_utf8() instead at /usr/share/ngcp-www-admin/lib/admin/Controller/billing.pm line 530"

We have looked at the table in SQL and it only has 560 odd lines ?


1)  Does sipwise not handle a zone file this large?

2)  Can we delete the profile from SQL or restore a backup without destroying anything?
