[Spce-user] change of IP address

Hi,
if you have to change the IP serving the Voip services, you just need to
change the shared_ip in your network.yml and then apply the changes.
The files you have mentioned are automatically generated by the ngcp
framework, and if you change the netwrok.yml, as soon as you apply the
changes those file will be regenerated.
