Hm, I think the problem now lies with the callee with 169.* IP. It
should acknowledge 200 OK after re-INVITE in packet #31 (eth0.pcap) with
an ACK message. At a glance I don't see any problem in packets sent to
169.* IP. The route set and Contact are correct now. Could you ask that
carrier what is the problem with acknowledging on their side?
