The file was saved as UTF-8. I can send the file once I get to a pc :)

Hello,
Which version are you using? 2.8?
The issue is not the size, rather than a character in your file seems to
cause issues with utf-8 handling.
Can you provide the file (also in private, and with zeroed fees)?
