[Spce-user] inbound calls

Hi Gerry,

You need to place these rewrite rules into the inbound section of your
peer, not the subscriber. Additionally, inthe peer section you cannot use
the ${caller_cc} because it is unknown.

What you want to have is something like this in the rewrite rule used by
the peer the calls are coming in from:
