Hi Daniel,
I had that setting configured already, my network file is below. It might be an issue on our firewall. So I'm getting a new Public IP and going to connect the server with a Public IP.
root at sipwise:~# more /etc/ngcp-config/network.yml
---
hosts:
self:
eth0:
advertised_ip:
- 82.X.X.X
ip: 192.168.X.X
netmask: 255.255.255.0
type:
- web_ext
- sip_ext
- rtp_ext
- ssh_ext
interfaces:
- lo
- eth0
lo:
ip: 127.0.0.1
netmask: 255.255.255.0
shared_ip: []
shared_v6ip: []
type:
- sip_int
- ha_int
- web_int
v6ip: '::1'
role:
- proxy
- lb
- mgmt

Hi,
did you set the firewall public ip as advertised_ip in network.yml in order to have mediaproxy-ng/kamailio using the right ip ?
ngcp-network --set-interface=eth0 --advertised-ip=w.x.y.z; ngcpcfg apply
This will restart mediaproxy-ng on "advertised IP".
