[Spce-user] Where can I find change log?

Hi,
the apt-listchanges was for listing changes in the packages that are not
installed yet. For changelogs of installed packages see /usr/share/doc,
e.g. for kamailio:
zless /usr/share/doc/ngcp-kamailio/changelog.gz
