It is totally unnecessary. See my other reply to your email from
February 13th.

Again, kamailio-lb is not listening on a specific port for WS. The xhttp
module takes care of detecting HTTP traffic on port 5060 and handles it
as WS initiation, if the URI-Path is /ws.
