[Spce-user] low mem?

Maybe kamailio or another process took all the memory. Could you check what's
your current mem usage?

free -m could provide and overview. If you run "top -d 1" and press "M" you
will see the process list ordered by mem usage. 

Regarding not being able to start, if there's enough mem please check the
kamailio logs. If there's no mem you should check what process is using it.
