[Spce-user] Config sync to fail-over system

We have a Sipwise CE system up and running. We would like to have a
second system running, purely as a fail-over system. As such, we would
like to sync any configuration changes that are made on the master to
the backup. Is there a "best practice" on how to accomplish this?
