[Spce-user] Jitsi autoprovisioning gone?

Good morning,

I decided to retest the JITSI autoprovisioning descirbed here:

http://www.sipwise.com/news/technical/byov-skype-replacement/

but it seems that in SPCE 3.1 the /jitsi location doesn't exist anymore on the ngcp-www-csc.

Has this been deactivated intentially?

How may I reactivate the JitsiProvisioning?
