[Spce-user] sip user with letters and digits not allowed with latest SPCE 3.1

Hello,

With the latest SPCE 3.1  we have found an annoying bug in ngcp panel. It's
not posible to create a subscriber with a sip username that contains
 letters and digits at the same time.

We use normally spanish identity document (NIF) as username. For person it
starts with 8 digits and finish by letter, for company it starts by letter
followed by 8 digits.

NGCP Panel tell us that "sip user" contains invalid chars.
