[Spce-user] sip user with letters and digits not allowed with latest SPCE 3.1

Well,

In OSS log I don't any informations related to the issue.
Just on web panel I'get following message "Contains invalid symbols."

But  I believe that  I've found what is the issue,   it seems that
uppercase chars are not allowed  in sip user field ...
