thank you very much for your reply. For the sake of clairity, can you please confirm that the URL start with the hostname of the machine and not the domain of user?
Example:
https://your.host.name:1443/device/autoprov/static/jitsi?user=foo@example.org&pass=something&uuid=1234
or
https://example.org:1443/device/autoprov/static/jitsi?user=foo@example.org&pass=something&uuid=1234
