[Spce-user] Listing of Peering Rules

We had an issue where we edited a peering rule, and the system didn't
process calls based on the edited peering rule.  After a lot of testing and
verification in the GUI that the peering rule was correct, we then added a
new and identical peering rule and the calls started processing
appropriately again.

We have over 30 peers, each with peering rules.  Is there a way to get a
single listing of all peering rules and the peers they are assigned to?
