[Spce-user] [Spce-dev] ASterisk version on latest 3.x builds

Hi there...that doesnt tell much and I can not find where all the docs live?

I am still concerned that you tout that it uses or replaces Asterisk and 
we need the pbx functionality with some of the stuff we're doing.
