Hi,

looks like the ACK RURI is wrong.
The ACK should go to:

ACK
sip:ngcp-lb at 181.143.4.67:5060;ngcpct=7369703a3132372e302e302e313a35303830

the contact in the previous 200 OK.

In your trace ACK goes to:

ACK sip:5746700001 at 181.143.4.67:5060;transport=udp SIP/2.0
