Adding:

If I run ngcp-terminate_voip_account with an account that doesn't exist I get:

Issuing rollback() due to DESTROY without explicit disconnect() of DBD::mysql::db handle database=billing;host=localhost;port=3306 at /usr/bin/ngcp-terminate_voip_account line 53.
Billing::terminate_voip_account failed: voip account '31' does not exist

¿Is this the expected output?

Also, what is the difference between ngcp-terminate_voip_account and ngcp-delete_voip_account? Does the second really delete?

BR,
Joel.
