[Spce-user] 503 PSTN termination currently unavailable

To share with the group, this is the string I added in settings > Peering >
Peering Groups > SIP Peering Group NAME > Peering Rules >Caller Pattern >
^sip:.+ at domainname\.com$ and calls now route out bound

Where can one find detail documentation or examples of such string?
