[Spce-user] Blacklist t.38 fax codec

Hi maybe you can try the whitelist:
In the config.yml

sems->sbc->sdp_filter:

sdp_filter:
       codecs: PCMA,telephone-event
       enable: 'yes'
       mode: whitelist
