Hi,
please stop to duplicate the same topic.

If you want to stop T38 only for that user, you have 2 choices:

1. Change that client, cause it's a broken one
2. Remove manually from kamailio the SDP lines.

Since you are running 2.8, please refer to kamailio 3.3.x modules list.

The module is not loaded by default.
