Hi Daniel,
Thanks for quick response , to put the use in the default billing profile. Do I just change the billing profile for the domain .

Hi,
we are aware about this issue.
Most probably this customer belonging to a non default reseller and its billing profile also is belonging to anon default reseller.
We are working on it in order to have a fix asap.
