Hi Deon,
regarding empty port in your kamailio.dispatcher table - it seems you
have lost the whole group of asterisk settings in config.yml, e.g.:
log:
facility: local6
rtp:
maxport: 20000
minport: 10000
sip:
bindport: 5070
dtmfmode: rfc2833
voicemail:
enable: 'no'
...
The thing is that you have no port specified there, this is definitely
the issue which is causing all calls in your case to be treated as calls
from voicemail. Please fix your asterisk section as shown above, do
ngcpcfg apply and try again the calls from/to subscriber.
