[Spce-user] Unable to get subscribers to authenticate

Hi,

 

I am new to sipwise and VOIP specifically.

 

I installed Debian v7 and then installed sipwise.  I am able to login to
the sipwise NGCP Dashboard and make configuration changes as recommended
by the Manual.  However, after creating subscribers, I am unable to sign
in to the Dashboard as a subscriber nor authenticate using Jitsi.  Where
are the logs at that I would check to try and figure this out?
