[Spce-user] Concurrent Calls

Hi guys, quick question on concurrent_max and concurrent_max_out ...

Say we are going to limit the number of incoming calls to 4. Also, allow
only 1 end point to register....Which would be the best way to do that?

And would it be possible to divert calls to another number once it reaches
the max and then play a message "Sorry, there are too many calls" or would
it be an engaged signal?
