[Spce-user] ] Unable to recieve status changes

I am using the latest nightly build of Jitsi 2.5.5229

The latest SipWise Install on Debian Wheezy 64bit

Jitsi running on Windows 7 / Vista

 

I appear to be able to do everything from video call, chat and audio.  However, I don’t receive status changes between the client/UA’s.  I am new to all this so I don’t know how to do a siptrace but I did capture the traffic from port 5060.  I can see where a publish event is sent and an xml document is created but it always has the status as “open”.  I don’t know if I am looking at the right things.  I am including a ngrep capture of port 5060 showing status change request but the status never changes.  Can anyone tell me why the "From and To" address in the publish event would the same?  In the capture below the status request was being sent from hmiles to homeoffice. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
