[Spce-user] voicemail problem

Hello to all, 
I have a problem when I set up call forwarding to voicemail 
When the call is forwarded the voicemail announcment does not start and the
call end.

 

What can be the problem ?

Ps if from a subscriber I call the 2000 extension I can ear and interact
with voicemail ivr.
