[Spce-user] Presence Serverr not publishing NOTIFY to Subscriber

Hi,

 

I am using the latest install of SPCE and jitsi as the UA

 

Upon doing a pcap I have noticed the following:

 

When a presentity Publishes it's status, a Notify message is sent to the
presentity but No Publish/Notify message is sent to any watchers.  Where
can I check to see why no notification is sent to any watchers? Do I
need to do something to turn on presence in kamailio?
