All the log files are located in /var/log/ngcp/ folder, you can try something like:
 > tail -n0 -f /var/log/ngcp/*
and repeat your test (while you are studying the system).

Which version of the system do you use? Last time it was 2.6 :-)

For latest mr3.2.1: You can use two subscriber interfaces:
OLD interface: https://x.x.x.x:443/
NEW interface: https://x.x.x.x:1443/login/subscriber
(where x.x.x.x is you IP address).

For example you have created subscriber with "Web Username" = 123456 "Web Password" = 123qwe "SIP domain" = x.x.x.x

To access OLD interface, you should specify SIP domain address subscriber belong to, like:
Login: 123456 at x.x.x.x
Pass: 123qwe

To access NEW interface domain can be taken from URL:
Login: 123456
Pass: 123qwe
but old way still should work there as well
Login: 123456 at x.x.x.x
Pass: 123qwe

I hope this will help you continue using our lovely system! :-)
